Sioux Falls, South Dakota will be the mecca of the cross country galaxy this weekend as the NCAA Division II Central Region and the Nike Heartland Regional Meets will be held on back-to-back days at the Yankton Trails course.
The top teams and individuals in both of these races will vie for national championship appearances.
