4x800m:
The two teams to watch out for here are Bishop Hendricken and La Salle Academy. Both teams always have strong distance programs and this year is already proving to be no different. The guys from Bishop Hendricken have already clocked an 8:06.95 in the 4x800m at the Boston Holiday Challenge on Dec. 28, while the La Salle boys ran 8:21.10 at the RITCA Invitational. They are currently ranked Rhode Island one and two and the nationally ranked U.S. No. 11 and 44. Watch for them to compete hard against each other to try and possibly run a sub-8-minute time.
