Winter Track Classic

The Johnson County Community College track and field staff is excited to host the fourth annual JCCC Youth and High School Winter Track Classic! Join us Friday-Saturday, January 8-9, 2016, to kick-start your winter training and competition season!

Facility:Flat, six-lane 200-meter oval track with a six-lane straightaway.
Only 1/4 inch pyramid spikes are permitted (in track area only).
Please bring non-spiked shoes to use in the warm-up area.

Be advised: The current schedule is tentative. Final schedule will be emailed to participants by noon Wednesday, January 6, 2016. Participants are responsible for checking the updated schedule prior to attending the meet. No refunds will be provided for athletes who miss their events.

Entry Fee:$25 - Includes up to three events ($30 after 12/31/15)
Entry Process:All entries may be submitted online using the links below. Entries have been divided into separate links for youth and high school. Entry will remain open until 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, January 6, 2016.

No late entries will be accepted.

Event Seeding:Events will be seeded based on entry marks. Any athlete who is entered with no mark will be seeded at the bottom of the entry list.

The youth meet is seeded separately from the high school meet. Meet management will try to seed youth athletes by age group. Some age groups may be combined depending on the number of entrants. All age group in youth events will be run youngest to oldest ro combined based on entries.

Entering the Fieldhouse All spectators, athletes and coaches must enter through the northeast front door of the Fieldhouse.
Admission Fees:Admission for spectators is $5 per individual or $15 per family.
Heat Sheets, Results and Awards:Heat sheets will be emailed to the address provided at the time of meet entry no later than 10 p.m. the night before the meet. Heat sheets will also be posted in the warm-up area.

Results will be posted after each event in the results/awards area and online the Monday after the meet.

Event champions will receive an award.

ImplementsAthletes are required to provide their own implements.
