It might be the first week of spring but Mother Nature has decided to hold onto winter a little longer here in Iowa. The IATC announced today that their first annual Indoor Track & Field Championships for high schoolers all over Iowa will be postponed until next year. The weather forecast is currently predicting 6-9 inches of snow in Dubuque where the meet was set to take place, with the possibility of some areas getting close to a foot! Many teams had already announced that they were cancelling their trip, which surely led to the decision to postpone the meet. They will plan to host the meet on March 23rd, 2019 at the University of Dubuque.
